Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. Meet or exceed performance goals, such as response time and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems). A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction.
