Responsibilities:
Coordinate debt repayments, offer guidance, and address customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to current customers about outstanding accounts. Assist customers with general inquiries, payments, and questions regarding Vehicle Service Contracts and Home Warranty accounts. Ensure efforts are made to help existing customers stay current with their VSC and Home Warranty. Maintain a good relationship with customers by keeping accounts current to avoid delays in the claims process. Qualifications:
Previous collections experience desired but not required; training provided. Experience in VSC or Home Warranty industry is a major plus. Active Motor Vehicle Extended Service Contract Producer License from Missouri is preferred but not required; assistance in obtaining license provided. Professional communication, telephone, and computer skills. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well with others. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Benefits:
