Shape Strategy & Consumer Insights:

Contribute to the development of robust assortment strategies and line architecture for various product categories, ensuring a consistent pipeline of fresh and innovative offerings.

Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships:
Serve as the vital connective tissue, fostering seamless collaboration across merchandising, sourcing, product design, packaging, supply chain, quality assurance, and brand marketing teams.
Organize and lead alignment meetings, meticulously track decisions, and ensure all partners possess the necessary information to advance programs effectively.
Support packaging teams by providing crucial claims, copy, size/variant lists, and other inputs required for brief creation.
Partner with supply chain experts to ensure realistic timelines, minimum order quantity (MOQ) considerations, and efficient delivery execution.
Collaborate with brand marketing to brilliantly bring new products to life across digital platforms, social channels, and retail environments.
Champion Operational Excellence:
Maintain accurate product data, comprehensive documentation, and precise item attributes.
Support rigorous testing and compliance processes by coordinating test submissions and diligently tracking results.
Prepare compelling product samples and information for critical internal meetings, such as line reviews, leadership updates, and milestone gate approvals.
Initiate and implement smaller process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and cross‑functional clarity.
Must-Have Qualifications
3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in Product Development, Product Design, Trend/Fashion Research, Merchandising, or a related consumer product field.
A demonstrated passion and keen interest in product design and evolving consumer trends.
Proficiency with visual communication tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, or equivalent platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to expertly manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
A clear and compelling communication style, enabling effective partnership across both creative and operational teams.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Prior experience in retail, private label, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or within the home or lifestyle product sectors.
