Lead and close new‑home sales, guiding buyers through the process.
Develop skills through continuous training on products and market.
Build brand awareness via local networking and marketing initiatives.
Manage leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
Shape builder decisions through strategic community leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Clear, confident communicator who connects easily with others.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, eager to learn and grow.
Comfortable working weekends and staying on feet.
Passionate about helping others and building a meaningful career.
Willing to obtain a real estate license within the first 8 weeks.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance.
What You’ll Earn
Two base salary options: $10,000 (higher commission) or $43,000 (lower commission).
Typical first‑year earnings $60,000–$80,000+ with fast commission turnarounds.
