We are seeking an experienced
Resinous Flooring Sales & Estimator
to support commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Dallas market. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in resinous systems who can deliver accurate cost estimates, recommend performance-driven flooring solutions, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales efforts. The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess flooring conditions, scope, and project requirements Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial resinous flooring systems, including epoxy, urethane, and specialty coatings Recommend appropriate flooring systems based on performance criteria, specifications, and client objectives Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals Collaborate with internal sales and project teams to ensure estimates align with execution strategies Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, facility managers, and property owners Monitor project budgets and track cost performance Support business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors Qualifications
Proven experience in resinous flooring sales or estimating within commercial or industrial environments Strong knowledge of resinous flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bids and client accounts Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as required Benefits
