Provide customers access to high-quality goods and deliver meaningful service that enhances customers' lives. Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences through "white glove" service in stores and in customers' homes, obtaining new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone. Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading, installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures, and keeping vehicles clean and maintained. Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized showroom; refurbish merchandise to like-new condition and keep the showroom dusted and tidy. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — will drive company vehicles Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances Great communication and customer service skills Preferred traits
Career-focused with a desire to improve customers’ lives Willingness to learn the business Grit and determination Physical Demands
The role requires regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. You may frequently lift and/or move heavy items. All coworkers must adhere to company safety guidelines. Hours
This is a full-time position, with hours Monday through Saturday, store open to close. Sundays off, plus one other weekday off. Schedules may change based on business needs. Additional information
