Sales Manager

You’ll lead sales efforts by developing strong client relationships, mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks.
Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
Active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
