Applies subject matter expertise in instructional design, aligned with research-based, contemporary adult learning theories, methods, and practices, with a focus on creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences across varied learner groups. Ideates with the team on the appropriate learning solutions, design, and technologies to serve a global audience. Creates instructional materials/media (storyboards, facilitator guides, presentation decks) and leverages storytelling to translate ideas into scripted, interactive/immersive learning content across delivery methods (instructor-led training, video production, e-learning, performance support, etc.). Integrates objective-aligned learning checks and engagement strategies to verify comprehension, reinforce key concepts, and drive real-world application. Uses surveys and other assessment methods to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience, and identify opportunities for improvement. Updates and maintains School of Live training content and learning libraries based on guidance from School of Live leadership. Works with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure content meets objectives and reflects Live Nation culture, business, and priorities. Maintains Live Nation branding; collaborates with the Instructional Design Manager and Graphic Designer for visual consistency across School of Live content. Applies feedback and evaluation methods to continuously improve learning programs and inform future content development. Required

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience with instructional design in multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, micro-learning) for complex businesses with diverse employee types. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related discipline; specialization in Instructional Systems Design or Educational Technology preferred. Knowledge of instructional design, learning & development models, and adult learning theory with ability to apply modern techniques. Proven work experience in instructional and graphic design (portfolio preferred). Knowledge of Adobe Creative programs, Articulate, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and learning management systems (LMS). Exceptional presentation skills for a variety of audiences. Ability to present a clear content strategy to diverse audiences and articulate how it supports learning objectives. Ability to consult with diverse stakeholders and SMEs within a broad, decentralized business. Organized and strong communicator (written and verbal). Ability to thrive while working virtually, collaboratively and independently within a decentralized and hybrid team. Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a high-impact team. Preferred

Experience in entertainment, live music, or related industry. Advanced degree a plus. Digital learning software experience (Articulate, Captivate) and learning animation software knowledge. Experience with learning management (LMS) software/applications. Benefits & Perks
