What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

Community Programs Growth Strategy: Support the implementation of community programs and engagement initiatives across Legion Gaming, Lenovo Creator, and Lenovo Pro communities globally.

Community Programs Growth Strategy: Assist with community challenges, competitions, tournaments, and recognition programs tailored to each community’s interests.

Community Programs Growth Strategy: Respond to member questions and facilitate connections between gamers, creators, and professionals.

Community Programs Growth Strategy: Monitor community metrics across all three communities and provide feedback on program performance.

Community Communication: Help create community content including written announcements, social posts, and member communications for each community.

Community Communication: Support community events, AMAs, livestreams, and digital activations across all three communities.

Content Moderation: Monitor content across all three communities to ensure it aligns with guidelines and brand standards.

Content Moderation: Help maintain positive, inclusive community spaces for gamers, creators, and professionals.

Content Moderation: Assist in developing and refining community guidelines for each community.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Global Community Managers, Marketing, Product, PR, Social, Gaming, and eCommerce teams to share community insights and content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify opportunities to showcase user-generated content from all three communities across Lenovo channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support collaboration opportunities between the communities and Lenovo alliance and brand partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share gaming trends, creator insights, and professional user feedback with internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-community opportunities where gaming, creation, and professional interests intersect.

Platform Support: Participate in testing new platform features across all community platforms and provide user feedback.

Platform Support: Document bugs and feature requests based on community needs.

Platform Support: Help ensure platforms are easy to use and valuable for gamers, creators, and professionals.

Reporting Analysis: Track community performance metrics across the Legion Gaming, Lenovo Creator, and Lenovo Pro Global Communities.

Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular status updates on engagement and growth for all three communities; gather insights from community data to inform future initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: B.A. or B.S. in a relevant field.

Basic Requirements: 1+ years of relevant experience (can include internships).

Basic Requirements: Ability to travel to events.

Preferred Requirements: Strong communication skills.

Preferred Requirements: Gaming or creator experience.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $57,500 – $75,500. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
