
Overview
As the Trade Marketing Analyst, you will propose and profitably manage trade marketing activities and promotions for the Consumer and Commercial lines, while supporting training initiatives for both business units, with the goal of increasing sales and strengthening overall brand value. What You'll Do
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales, market to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. Planning execution: Execute trade marketing plans, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store visibility initiatives. Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to align on goals, support their efforts, and ensure effective execution of trade marketing plans. Retail Execution: Coordinate with retailers and distributors to ensure proper product placement, merchandising. Budget Management: Oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and tracking return on investment (ROI). Reporting & Insights: Generate reports, provide insights to sales team, and recommend actions to improve performance with dealers. What We\'re Looking For
Bachelor\'s degree (in marketing, communications, business or related). Experience in Marketing or Sales areas (minimum of 1 - 3 years). What Will Set You Apart
Strong interest in data analysis and synthesis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with particular emphasis on Excel (formulas, pivot tables,) and Power Point.
