Role Overview As an Automotive Sales Manager, you make a major impact on the success of both our dealership and our sales team. You coordinate and motivate our salespeople, offer advice for improving their performance, and assist with hiring and training new talent. You record performance metrics to evaluate the team's progress.
In addition to providing exceptional leadership, you analyze data to adjust strategies, create engaging campaigns, make inventory decisions, and drive business growth. You coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent campaign execution, oversee expenditures to cut costs, and may work 10‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday, with some weekend hours.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership
State sales license
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual proficiency is a huge plus. A bachelor’s degree, two or more years of related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be highly preferred. Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
