
Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division.
Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base in a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where they deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Representatives Enjoy
Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until assigned a route
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek
Majority of work with no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities Include
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
A High School diploma, GED or Military Service
A strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑based environment to meet goals
A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
