Commission-Based Sales Representative (Medical & Dental Supplies)
to help expand BMS in local and regional markets. This is a field-focused, relationship-driven sales role with strong earning potential for self-motivated reps who want flexibility and growth.
Responsibilities
Generate new business through outreach, cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
Build relationships with office managers, practice owners, and purchasing decision-makers
Present BMS products, pricing, and service advantages to potential clients
Manage and grow existing accounts through follow-up and excellent customer support
Identify upsell and reorder opportunities across active accounts
Track leads, pipeline activity, and account progress in CRM or similar tools
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment
Compensation
Commission-only compensation (unlimited earning potential)
Performance-based incentives for new account wins and repeat-order growth
Flexible full-time or part-time schedule based on goals and production
Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements
No special license required for this sales role
Product and onboarding training provided by BMS
Ability to travel locally for field sales activity preferred
Must maintain professional communication and reliable follow-up with clients
