We are looking for Customer Service/Account Managers with experience in managing customers in various technology solutions including:
Unified Communications (on-prem/cloud)
Carrier Services (voice circuits, internet, WAN)
MSP (Managed Service Provider)
Data Center/Hosting
Full-service technology solutions experience is preferred.

Customer Service Execution:
Implement customer strategies by identifying needs and recommending suitable solutions. Understand customers’ business to establish needs, buying cycles, and foster positive relationships to drive service and repeat business. Follow customer service processes, including pipeline development and accurate forecasting using internal tools. Account Management:
Manage ongoing customer relationships, update account information, and resolve satisfaction issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at each account. Strategic Planning & Presentation:
Develop customer strategy plans by understanding current technology and business needs, and creating tailored technology solutions. Develop and execute marketing and business plans to increase revenue and profits. Preferred Skills
Customer-facing experience in Telecom (UCaaS), MSP, Cloud Networking, and Network Security. Ability to build positive professional relationships. Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Please submit your resume to
