Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across various sectors including retail, restaurant, and service
Drive local business growth through prospecting, digital outreach, and networking
Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and Atlas CRM
Collaborate closely with a District Manager to identify opportunities and close deals
Consult with business owners to enhance operations and streamline payments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven B2B field sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel locally up to 75% of the time
Highly self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to exceed sales quotas
Ability to spend over 75% of time in the field meeting with merchants
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in selling payment solutions or related technologies
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Comfort with in-person and video presentations
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment
