Territory Sales Representative in West Michigan
to help us expand a portfolio that includes:
Gummy Demarco and Dope Rope

And a few things we’re cooking up that we legally can’t wink about yet.
If your ideal workday involves shaking real hands, checking in on your favorite accounts, sending follow-ups with

What You’ll Actually Be Doing You’ll own your territory like it’s your Netflix password. “You’re the captain now!”
Your mission:
Hit and exceed sales targets like it’s a sport
Drive retail education, merchandising, events, and in-store brand presence
Build relationships that turn into raving fans
Pre-plan routes like a logistics wizard
Follow up with intention (not vibes)
Stay on top of category trends, competitive intel, and retail health
Confidently explain everything from live resin to liquid diamonds without sounding like a textbook
Represent the full Detour portfolio with professionalism
Spend a minimum of 4 days a week in the field
Keep your CRM clean and updated daily (yes, daily)
Collab with a Marketing team on what works, doesn’t work and how we can dominate the world of Sales and Marketing in that “cannabis” space.
This role requires face time. If you don’t like meeting people, this is not your origin story.
Minimum Qualifications We’re looking for drive, not just diplomas, but here’s the baseline:
1+ year experience in customer service, CPG, sales, or hospitality
Recent grads welcome (especially if you’ve interned in sales/marketing/CPG)
Must live in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, or Lansing areas.
21+
Reliable transportation (your car will become your sidekick) but you will be reimbursed for your Michigan travel domination.
