Inside Sales Representative - Private/Charter Schools
SchooLinks has expanded its presence in over 40 states and is quickly becoming the market standard. We need someone with a passion for college and career readiness solutions and experience selling SaaS to private and charter school districts.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop and execute account strategy to create new business opportunities across private and charter schools. Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (superintendents, CAOs, deputies, directors) and stay informed on industry trends. Identify customer pain points and problem‑solve using our solution. Scope, negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets. Capture and maintain accurate data in Salesforce. Leverage existing accounts as references to expand regionally. Collaborate with product, implementation, and marketing teams to create visibility and drive engagement at both individual and executive levels. Requirements
2+ years of sales experience specifically within private and charter school districts. Team player who can put aside ego and manage emotions. Results‑driven with a track record of meeting goals and quotas. Fast learner who internalizes new features, products and processes quickly. Startup enthusiast who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Humble and open to learning from mistakes. Proven quota‑hitting record. Benefits
