
POSITION PURPOSE
Team Members provide high-quality customer service and technical expertise on shoes, apparel, and accessories.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with purchasing shoes, apparel, and accessories and demonstrate technical product knowledge
Process sales on the computer at the front desk
Check in and price footwear, apparel, and accessory orders
Process defective shoes to be sent back to the manufacturer
Organize the stock room
Arrange and restock merchandise
Assist in setting up window displays
Keep the store and sales floor clean and neat
Assist with water stations during company-sponsored runs as requested
Coordinate and lead group runs from the store as requested
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of retail sales experience
