Lead the pursuit of

owner-direct mechanical construction projects , positioning our firm as the partner of choice from concept through completion. Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to expand market share across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional sectors. Build long-term relationships with

owners, developers, architects, and consultants , ensuring our value is understood early in the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal preconstruction and operations teams to shape solutions that align with client objectives, budgets, and schedules. Represent the company at

industry events, associations, and networking opportunities , always with an eye toward strengthening our presence in the region. Qualifications

Proven track record in

mechanical construction sales , ideally with owner-direct project development experience. Strong network and credibility with

Phoenix-area owners and developers . Ability to translate complex technical offerings into
