Responsibilities
Work with the agent to establish and meet service goals
Be the frontline representative that will provide excellent first‑impression service
Answer multiple phone calls competently, and route to respective reps
Make inbound calls as necessitated
Take copious notes in customer accounts for proper documentation
Manage several calendars as appointments are scheduled
Handle office correspondence
Perform tasks as assigned
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Benefits
Hourly pay of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
