We're looking for a

Salesforce Business Solution Architect (CPQ)

to support a global client undergoing a large-scale Salesforce organizational integration within the media, information services, and software space.

This engagement focuses on merging existing Salesforce environments into a unified operating model. You'll play a key role in defining the integration approach, harmonizing business processes, and designing scalable CPQ solutions within an established ("brownfield") ecosystem.

You'll partner closely with a Technical Architect and global delivery team while working directly with senior client stakeholders to drive discovery, solution design, and successful implementation.

Full-time, 3 months to start (with extension potential)

Location:

Primarily remote with occasional workshop travel

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment for Salesforce org consolidation

Assess existing CPQ configurations and defining scalable future-state solutions

Design solutions addressing complex pricing, product catalog, and quoting challenges

Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Partner with Technical Architects and delivery teams through build and validation

Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout integration and delivery

Requirements

Experience as a Salesforce BSA or Solution Architect on enterprise transformation or integration programs

Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ (complex pricing, catalog rationalization, performance optimization)

Background working within existing enterprise Salesforce environments

Proven ability to lead workshops and navigate complex stakeholder environments

Consulting mindset with strong communication and facilitation skills

Nice to have

Org merger, consolidation, or platform integration experience

Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Architecture certifications

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $65 - $100.
