
Capital Volkswagen Volvo is looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
In this entry-level role, you'll help manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and support our broader marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor social channels daily and engage with comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner
Assist in developing monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, promotions, and key dates
Capture and edit photos and short-form video content for social use
Track performance metrics and compile weekly/monthly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field — or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Working knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
Familiarity with basic photo or video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom)
Strong writing skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to tone
Comfortable on camera and able to assist with or appear in short-form video content
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A genuine interest in storytelling, content trends, and digital culture
