Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shalimar, FL, for the Director of Operations – Home Care. The Director of Operations serves as the operational leader of the office and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising office staff and caregivers, ensuring excellent client care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include managing staffing and scheduling operations, supervising office personnel, resolving client and staffing issues, and monitoring operational performance to ensure continuity of care. The Director of Operations will also develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and support local marketing and community outreach efforts to drive continued growth.

This role participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure operational continuity and leadership support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required 3+ years of leadership or management experience Experience supervising staff and managing daily operations Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred: Experience in home care, healthcare, or staffing environment Experience managing caregiver staffing and scheduling Knowledge of Florida home care regulations (AHCA) Experience in client service management and staff supervision Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
