Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, managing executive operations, priorities and communications. This role coordinates Board governance processes, facilitates communication between leadership, stakeholders and external partners and ensures the efficient flow of information and decisions across the organization. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in business administration, communications, healthcare administration or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience required. Experience supporting senior leadership or governing boards preferred. Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook calendar management, Word document formatting and PowerPoint presentations required. Experience with collaborative and document management platforms (SharePoint, Teams or similar) required. Ability to manage virtual meetings and electronic communications required. Experience maintaining organized electronic records preferred. Familiarity with Board portal software preferred.
