A large dealership group has a great opportunity for an experienced full-time (no weekend hours) Automotive Dealership Title Clerk. This opportunity offers a great working environment, great pay, and full benefits. All applicants must have prior automotive dealership title clerk experience. You need to be a notary or apply to be one if hired. The position also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning, if needed. Responsibilities
Process the dealership's title work with Pennsylvania and with out-of-state titles. Process vehicle registrations using GSS/TriVin. Process dealer-trade paperwork. Process trade payoffs with banks. Responsible for sales tax schedule. Performing other office duties if needed. Requirements
Automotive dealership title experience. The position requires office skills, including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment. Notary designation. Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent.
