Dcc Specialist / Mailroom
Join our team as a DCC Specialist in the mailroom department where you will be instrumental in managing incoming mail. Your primary tasks will include opening, scanning, and sorting documents. You will also play a vital role in ensuring that mail is distributed accurately and efficiently. This role requires hands-on work, including using staplers and scanning machines, and involves being on your feet for most of the day, providing plenty of opportunities for walking. Responsibilities
Open and sort incoming mail. Scan documents and accurately file them into designated bins. Ensure the effective distribution of sorted mail. Utilize a stapler and staple remover as needed. Operate a scanning machine efficiently. Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and scanning. Experience with sorting documents. Ability to navigate basic computer functions, including email and internet usage. Additional Skills & Qualifications
