
Executive Assistant
Senior-Level Executive Assistants support the Science and Technology Directorate by providing essential administrative and executive support services. Responsibilities include: Providing executive support to senior leadership on a full range of administrative and technical writing duties. Reviewing, coordinating, and preparing staff summary sheets, memorandum of agreements, and official memos for government review. Assisting in updating/developing office level standard operating procedures (SOP). Providing support to the e-Task management system. Assisting in managing time and labor, as needed. Scheduling conference rooms and meetings. Managing senior leadership calendars; coordinating with external offices, as needed, in support of high-level meetings. Assisting in maintaining internal files and records management. Maintaining read-ahead books and files for senior leadership; coordinating with elements for provision of material. Assisting in the preparation of charts, graphs, and narrative information for management or program reports from material provided by higher-level employees. Screening incoming correspondence and determining appropriate actions. Reviewing outgoing correspondence and reports, ensuring proper formats, grammar, and coordination. Assisting senior leadership with travel procedures, to include coordination and creation of travel orders in the Defense Travel System. Monitoring and tracking official travel for assigned personnel. Minimum requirements include: TS/SCI clearance required Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred 7 years of administrative experience Minimum of 3 years supporting directorate-level or executive staff Expert MS Office skills Working knowledge and understanding of DoW processes and terminology Why work at CRC?
