Empower Efficiency and Support Success, Become Our Administrative Assistant Today! Copper State Bolt & Nut is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team in Manufacturing. This position will perform administrative and clerical support tasks to ensure efficient operations; supports employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsibilities: Perform administrative and clerical support tasks for the sales team. Simple math calculations on a daily basis Maintain accurate online filing systems and digital records Update and manage customer and sales data in spreadsheets or CRM systems Communicate effectively between sales, operations, and warehouse team Assist with processing internal orders Support inventory tracking and reporting Monitor emails and respond to routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner Help prepare sales reports and other internal documents Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Excel, or ability to learn quickly Excellent communication skills
both written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or sales support role is a plus Experience in a manufacturing or trade-related industry is an advantage, but not required Decision/Information Sharing and Communication: Promptly relay messages and other information to employees Physical Requirements: This position will be performed at a desk/workstation in an office environment, with standard office equipment available. The employee will occasionally be asked to lift boxes and/or stacks of documents, weighing up to 10 lbs. This position needs to frequently move about to access files and operate office machinery (including computers, laptops, copiers, scanners, printers, and telephones). Shift: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
