We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Notification Specialist. This role is designed to support operational efficiency by managing manual email notifications and maintaining accurate data records. The position is 100% remote, may include occasional onsite meetings at our Lebanon facility and is part-time, lasting between 6 to 8 months. Responsibilities: Send manual email notifications using pre-approved templates. Perform accurate and timely data entry into Excel-based trackers. Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity. Communicate via email with internal teams as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals. Support general administrative tasks as assigned. Essential Skills: Proficiency in data entry. Experience with email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Work Environment: Remote, 8am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
