Customer Account Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to strengthen our customer relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product insights, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating closely with our outside sales team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, relationship building, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently by collaborating with internal teams. Provide product information, support, and recommendations to customers and Territory Sales Managers. Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify potential service concerns. Troubleshoot customer service challenges and ensure timely corrective actions. Manage the complete order lifecycleincluding order entry, adjustments, and follow-upto ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Partner with the sales team to identify and implement process improvements. Monitor customer satisfaction, KPIs, and service level agreements to ensure service excellence. Escalate customer concerns appropriately to ensure effective resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM system. Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous customer service experience Ability to consistently meet service and delivery deadlines Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced work environment Experience working with CRM and ERP systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving capabilities Effective time management skills Bachelor's degree preferred Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
