Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a variety of banking services, including student loan inquiries, savings accounts, and general account servicing. This role involves assisting customers by phone, email, and written requests while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a high level of service. You will collaborate with customers, financial institutions, internal teams, and business partners while researching, analyzing, verifying, and updating account information according to established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls regarding student loans, deposit products, and savings accounts Provide clear, accurate information about banking products and application processes Respond to customer inquiries via email and written correspondence Complete timely follow-ups on account-related issues Maintain and update customer accounts with accuracy Document and report any issues affecting customer satisfaction Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer needs Escalate complaints and exceptional service concerns appropriately Stay informed about competitor and comparable financial products Skills & Experience: Required Skills: Customer service, Call center experience Additional Competencies: Banking or financial services experience (preferred), Strong communication and organizational skills, High attention to detail, Customer-oriented mindset, Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Customer service and/or banking experience preferred Work Environment: First 90 days: Onsite training and performance evaluation After 90 days: Hybrid schedule (minimum 8 office days per month) Work hours: 8:00 AM5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20/hour Longterm - Yes Benefits - Yes Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
