Generating business leads and communicating opportunities to the sales organization. Creating orders, procuring loads, negotiating, tendering freight, and resolving issues. Updating customers regarding shipments via phone, email, and web-based channels. Facilitating communication with owner operators or outside agents for cost-effective shipment execution. Maintaining high accuracy in order documentation and ensuring safety-oriented operations. Assisting contractors with critical shipment information and directions. Suggesting improvements to business processes and procedures. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree (preferred). Possess two years of Logistics industry experience (preferred). Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Are a team player with a positive attitude and strong individual initiative. Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Excel in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and professional phone etiquette.
