
Customer Service Representative
Provide a variety of customer related services through telephone and fax contact including inquiries, orders, order entry, pricing, scheduling, delivery and disposition of customer complaints and questions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding pricing, inventory, scheduling, shipment and expediting information and process orders in computer system Interact with Argon warehouses regarding shipping and expediting of orders Provide technical support for customers as needed Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation Interact with other departments on a variety of issues Provide assistance to Sales Representatives Participate in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages Follow all safety procedures Education And/Or Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent Experience with Argon products preferred Qualifications Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be self-directed while performing daily duties Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision and make responsible decisions in a fast-paced environment Due to the business necessity of communication, safety and production, candidates must be able to speak, read and write English
