Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, background research, and high-level correspondence for meetings with national leaders, C-Suite executives, and government officials. Coordinate executive travel (local and national), logistics, contingency planning, and high-visibility events with flawless execution. Support CEO brand presence, marketing initiatives, social media engagement, event coordination, and corporate materials management. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years supporting C-level executives in high-demand environments. Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes organizations. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong marketing and social media acumen. Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of stress with composure. Executive presence and polished professional demeanor. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams. Experience using CRM platforms. Experience using scheduling and calendar management tools. Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. Ability to travel 10-25% (local and national). Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
