AAA Oregon/Idaho Call Center Position
AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people to join our World-Class Call Center in Boise, Idaho! The Member Service Representative assists AAA members with roadside assistance and membership. In this position, you will take inbound calls from AAA members, determine the appropriate level of service, route calls and accurately record information via computer while providing top quality member service. The Call Center is a fun and energetic environment that is looking for caring individuals that enjoy helping people. Desired skills: Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a variety of inbound calls, including members calling in an emergency, high stress situation. Basic proficiency in computer skills required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Location: Boise, Idaho Hours: Full-time with set schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 2:30pm-11:00pm Start Date: Next training class targeted to start April 21, 2026. Interview Schedule: Initial phone interviews starting first week of March; Onsite interviews at the Boise Service Center March 24-26th Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour PLUS shift and bilingual differentials up to an additional $3.75 per hour.
