Position Overview
This contractor role supports 하드Nectar sales efforts as a front-line sales representative and delivery driver in the San Jose area. The position is responsible for driving sales growth, executing in-store merchandising, and managing timely deliveries to retail accounts. A company vehicle will be provided for deliveries and territory management.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory independently while representing the brand professionally in market.
Key Responsibilities
Execute on-time delivery to various retail accounts Secure new points of distribution within the territory Support new product launches and expand placement of innovation Maintain regular contact with key accounts to review priorities and identify growth opportunities Develop and execute basic account plans to improve sales performance Communicate regularly with senior leadership on account performance and field updates
Merchandising & Brand Execution
Ensure proper execution of pricing, shelf placement, cold box presence, and point-of-sale materials Maintain strong in-store visibility and overall brand standards
Delivery & Route Management
Manage and execute local delivery routes from warehouse to retail accounts Ensure accurate, timely, and professional delivery of product Maintain organized records and clear communication regarding deliveries
Qualifications
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Effective selling and presentation abilities Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Organized and detail-oriented
Requirements:
21+ years of age Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 40+ lbs Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred:
Beverage sales or merchandising experience 1+ year of experience operating a large commercial vehicle Familiarity with retail chain operations
Compensation:
$30 per hour (40 hours per week)
