Commercial Landscape Account Manager
to help us elevate our client experience and expand our portfolio.
Position Overview The Commercial Landscape Account Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned commercial maintenance properties, strengthening client relationships, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring field crews operate efficiently and profitably. This is a leadership role that bridges client communication and field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management Serve as primary point of contact for assigned commercial properties Conduct routine site inspections and quality control walks Maintain strong, professional relationships with property managers and owners Proactively communicate recommendations and solutions Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
Revenue Growth & Enhancements Identify and estimate landscape enhancement opportunities Upsell seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, plant replacements, drainage improvements, etc. Prepare proposals and follow up to close work Meet monthly enhancement revenue goals
Operations & Crew Management Coordinate and schedule maintenance crews Ensure crews are working efficiently and following scope Monitor job costing and labor hours Ensure safety standards are followed
Administrative & Systems Utilize Aspire software for job tracking, scheduling, and costing Review property budgets and performance reports Maintain organized documentation of client communication and site reports
Qualifications 2+ years experience in commercial landscape maintenance Previous account management or client-facing experience required Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and plant material Ability to identify landscape deficiencies and propose solutions Experience scheduling crews and managing labor efficiency Comfortable working in Aspire or similar landscape management software Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver’s license
