• Create end to end solution architecture ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost optimization for digital delivery initiatives, including application migration to cloud, data center migration, and improving redundancy for critical applications. • Provide solution-level technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains. • Document architecture patterns, maintaining reference architectures, and creating and updating landscape topology for core technologies in both on-premises and cloud environments. • Conduct research and contribute to the development of Core Technology roadmaps, including product selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones. • Provide critical architecture support for the refresh of core technology components nearing End-of-Life (EOL) and technology modernization initiatives. Qualifications:
• Minimum eight years of recent IT Architecture experience, including handson work designing hybrid solutions that span onpremises environments, commercial offtheshelf (COTS) applications, SaaS platforms, and multiple cloud technologies.
• Senior-level architectural leadership with the ability to influence outcomes across technical and nontechnical teams, even without direct authority; strong experience navigating ambiguity and building consensus in complex environments. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology modernization, including data center and cloud migration projects with knowledge of multi-cloud architectures (Azure, GCP). • Proficiency across major enterprise platforms, such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform, with an understanding of both desktop and mobile architectures (Native, Hybrid, Web); strong grasp of best practices around authentication, SSO, data security, encryption, performance, and user experience. • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches, and the ability to apply them appropriately to architecture and delivery initiatives. • Broad technical foundation covering operating systems (Linux, Windows), distributed computing, compute, and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS), virtualization, memory management, networking fundamentals, system maintenance, disaster recovery, and database architecture and failover models. • Familiarity with identity and access management technologies, such as Okta and Active Directory, as well as authentication and authorization mechanisms including Kerberos and ISAM. • Experience with data, analytics, and visualization tools, including Power BI and QlikView, and a general understanding of business intelligence, dashboards, and data mining workflows. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead in a clientcentric, teamoriented environment.
