We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our Digital Product team. In this role, you will craft seamless, intuitive, and conversion-driven experiences across our e-commerce platforms and customer-facing digital products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate business goals and user needs into elegant, data-informed design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Design user-centered, responsively designed experiences across web and mobile.
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to uncover insights and validate solutions
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Partner with Product Managers to define problem statements and success metrics
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
- Work closely with Creative and Marketing to ensure consistency with visual identity and messaging
- Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and performance data to continuously optimize experiences
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in digital design
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional UX design experience, ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and measurable impact
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or direct selling
- Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies
- Experience contributing to or building design systems
