THE OPPORTUNITY

Executive Producer

The Executive Producer will be a creative production expert, a critical thinker who elevates each project regardless of scale. They will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong team, client, and agency relationships, producing work that is distinct, consistent, and honors the style and craftsmanship that goes into every touchpoint that makes up our brands. The Executive Producer is a partner in the creative process to ensure success on all levels from pre‑through post‑production.

The ideal candidate has experience and skills that push the production technology limits, solves for creative partners, and delivers on all projects across integrated platforms. They will lead and mentor clients, teams, and other producers on all production standards and practices, supporting a strong, informed alliance within the department on all jobs.

They will require exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage agency, client, and vendor relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in budget, and with the highest creative standards.

Minimum experience: 10‑15 years in creative and production, with knowledge of AI, live production, music, luxury brands, and automotive (a plus). The role reports to the Head of Production on all projects.

In this role you will be …

  • Responsible for excellence in day‑to‑day work, including scoping and ball‑parking creative concepts, breaking down scripts, building detailed project schedules, managing project scope, researching and securing the best production resources, and quality‑controlling all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the elevation of the creative product by actively participating with the team, supporting, inspiring, and educating on production opportunities.
  • Stay aware of top industry trends, techniques, directors, cinematographers, GCI, AI, and new technologies to elevate the creative product.
  • Build critical relationships and maintain the agency’s reputation for excellence within the production industry, maintaining active knowledge of cross‑discipline external partners.
  • Manage multiple, often concurrent projects, and lead workloads independently, escalating to the Head of Production when appropriate.
  • Select and negotiate with partners based on creative scope, budget, and timeline, identifying the best fit to execute the creative vision.
  • Understand compliance and client legal guidelines.
  • Proactively predict issues and guide the team away from avoidable challenges during all stages of production.
  • Support and participate in cultivating a diverse, equal, and inclusive culture of production within our work.
  • Communicate proactively with Client, Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, and Talent Affairs on all aspects of production, keeping the process flowing smoothly.
  • Serve as a client‑facing team member, articulating all aspects of production plans to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Explain talent language and costs to both Agency and Client, staying on top of the latest talent/union information from SAG.
  • Work closely with the Business Affairs Manager to compile final estimates and final actualizations, wrapping out efficiently at the end of each project.
  • Source music partners, and produce original and licensed music on behalf of clients.

Base salary range for this position: $100,000 — $230,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
