Job Summary: The Senior Pricing Strategist plays a central role in advancing pricing strategy, analytics, and systems to support profitable growth and long-term competitiveness. This position is designed for an experienced pricing professional who has directly owned pricing decisions, models, and governance.

Working closely with Pricing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, IT, and Purchasing, the Senior Pricing Strategist applies strong analytical thinking, best-practice pricing approaches, and modern tools to real-world commercial challenges. Success in this role requires hands‑on pricing experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to challenge legacy approaches while delivering practical, data‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Own pricing strategy execution, including price setting, pricing frameworks, and governance, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Apply best-practice pricing methodologies to improve margin performance, consistency, and competitiveness.

Evaluate pricing opportunities and challenges using direct pricing experience—not theoretical analysis alone.

Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring pricing decisions are actionable and scalable.

Build, maintain, and refine pricing models used to make live pricing decisions, not just retrospective analysis.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform real‑time pricing actions.

Define, track, and interpret pricing KPIs including margin, revenue per unit, discounting, and price realization.

Use advanced analytical techniques such as regression analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity testing to support pricing decisions.

Experience: 4–7+ years of direct pricing experience, with demonstrated ownership of pricing decisions, models, or frameworks in a commercial environment.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Proven ability to translate pricing data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Experience applying pricing best practices and challenging “how it’s always been done.”

Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally.

Comfort operating in evolving environments that require continuous improvement and change leadership.

Regular onsite presence at the Wauwatosa office for collaboration, with up to 15% travel to the Corporate Office for internal meetings and business needs.
