The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Positions are part-time and year-round. We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift. Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred. Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful. Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency). Intermediate computer skills required. Benefits
