Job Summary: We're looking for energetic, driven professionals with strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our dynamic business development team. BDRs develop and qualify revenue opportunities in North America by working closely with a dedicated Account Executive(s). We’re looking for highly motivated, tenacious self-starters for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities to fuel Chargebee's sales pipeline.

Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 100-500 employees).

Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, sending LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Compensation Data Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is between US$80,000 to $90,000.

Chargebee is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation packages. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience/qualifications, location, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
