R53334## **At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.****Job Duties:*** Utilizing engineering background, provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical customer support including implementation, training, and maintenance support for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and semiconductor intellectual property (IP).* Lead sales campaigns across worldwide accounts and collaborate with sales teams to promote the sale of company products and to provide sales support.* Identify customer pain points and lead cross functional teams to deliver associated products and services solutions.* Grow customer relationships through all levels of customer organization including facilitating joint executive/management relationships and facilitate customer interaction with Cadence product Business Units to drive account growth.* Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.* Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments.* Train team members in the customer applications of technologies.* Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.* Effectively communicate the value of integrated solutions and how they will impact the customer in a positive manner.* Deploy Cadence’s market-leading technologies in advanced digital implementation and verification, including, simulation, synthesis, place and route, timing analysis, power analysis, formal analysis and other analysis and verification to close timing and prepare semiconductor designs for manufacturing.* Must have knowledge of the entire semiconductor design process at a technical level to enhance flows and capabilities.* Understand digital architecture trade-offs for power, performance, and area (PPA) especially in advanced nodes 5nm and below.* Effectively translate customer requirements to viable solutions internally to Cadence technical teams.* Explore and deploy latest PPA methodologies/flows on next generation customer designs, drive technical evaluations/benchmarks to success.* Focus on Customer Adoption of Cadence’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools suite in Digital Design and Signoff.* Work with Cadence R&D and drive customer engagements to enhance knowledge in nanometer design, unlock unique expertise in system and digital design implementation and verification to meet and exceed customer’s requirements.* Technical Management in Digital Design involving multiple stakeholders both internal and external.* May telecommute.* Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.* Minimum nine (9) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.* Integrated circuit digital design flow, including synthesis, place and route, timing signoff, physical and logical verification, and package design* Low-power, high-speed designs, and advanced node designs* Apply integrated circuit design tools in projects leading to production products* Digital design automation with deep learning* Computer architecture focused on digital hardware design* Development and maintenance of integrated circuit design flow, project coordination and employee training leading to production products* Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally.The annual salary range for California is $220,000 to $330,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
