AT&T Customer Representative
role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing wireless campaign and represent one of the most recognized names in telecom. In this customer-facing position, you’ll help consumers navigate wireless solutions, upgrades, and service enrollments—all while building valuable experience in sales, marketing, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Represent AT&T's latest wireless products and services in a retail setting
Deliver personalized support by identifying and meeting each customer’s needs
Assist with service enrollments, upgrades, and billing questions
Create a welcoming, professional customer experience
Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with teammates and leadership for continued growth and performance
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
A team player with a positive, motivated attitude
Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required
