
We are a fast-growing Chicago-based professional services firm seeking a Media Buyer to manage and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skill with creative execution—balancing data-driven strategy with keen attention to market performance and ROI.
The compensation range for this position is $30 - $45 per hour plus bonus potential. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Responsibilities
Plan, negotiate, and purchase broadcast, streaming, print, and digital media across Chicago and regional markets.
Coordinate campaigns across TV, radio, OTT, social, search, and local digital platforms.
Track performance metrics and manage budgets for maximum return on ad spend.
Work closely with management to develop media strategies aligned with firm goals.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new advertising opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in media buying, preferably with agencies or service-based firms.
Strong negotiation, budgeting, and analytics skills.
Proficiency with media tracking tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Simpli.Fi, Nielsen, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Excel).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
