The Retail Market Specialist will serve as the face of the Market — creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving sales, and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations of the Roost Market Merchandise and maintain an inviting, organized retail space Promote and sell grab-and-go items, giftable goods, and seasonal features Build meaningful relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits Educate customers on Roost products, catering options, and market offerings Track inventory and coordinate restocking Support in-store promotions, tastings, and special events Work collaboratively with restaurant leadership and team members Compensation
