What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
Drive membership, upgrades, and retail to
exceed
revenue goals
Recruit, coach and motivate a
sales-focused team
Hold team members accountable to performance and professionalism
Lead with structure: clear expectations, clear follow-through
Build referral + retention success with loyal client relationships
Analyze KPIs weekly and adjust strategy for fast results
Ensure every client gets a
premium, luxury
experience
Operational Excellence
Maintain
flawless organization
of schedules, staffing and service flow
Oversee cleanliness, safety, compliance and policy enforcement
Manage inventory like a pro, stocked, efficient, visually sharp
Run productive team meetings and continuous training
Solve problems with urgency and a commitment to service
Support a culture of
accountability, respect, and high standards
