We are seeking a highly motivated and Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in leasing and/or investment sales and is looking to grow within a company that supports and rewards ambition, creativity, and drive. Key Responsibilities:

Source and manage commercial property listings (retail, office, industrial, or investment) Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate deal terms Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and business operators Stay current with local market trends and analyze data to inform client strategy Collaborate with our internal marketing and research teams to generate leads and support deals Qualifications:

Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (or willing to obtain Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills. What We Offer:
