This is a
fast-paced, commission-based real estate role
with significant earning potential. It’s ideal for
licensed and newly licensed real estate agents
who want structure, professional coaching, and a scalable path to success in residential real estate.
Commission-based real estate position with high earning upside
Expected earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually
Warm real estate buyer and seller leads provided daily
Inside Sales Agents (ISA) set appointments for you
World-class real estate training, mentorship, and coaching
Proven systems, scripts, and full operational support
Responsibilities What you will do:
Work buyer and seller leads generated by our marketing and inside sales teams
Meet with motivated clients for listing presentations and buyer consultations
Convert appointments that are set for you —
no cold calling required
Follow up with prospects using CRM tools, scripts, and automated systems
Host open houses and convert live real estate leads
Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and closings
Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate repeat and referral business
Participate in ongoing training and coaching through
EmpowerHome Academy
Qualifications What you will bring:
Active Virginia Real Estate License
(or currently in progress)
Full-time availability for a commission-based real estate role
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and digital communication tools
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Compensation $100,000+ at plan commission
